ZenithVault Account Deletion Policy

Account Deletion Procedure
If you wish to delete your ZenithVault account and all associated data, please follow this procedure:
- Send an email to help.zenithvault@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: ACCOUNT DELETION
- In the body of the email, please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief statement requesting account deletion
What Happens Next
Upon receiving your account deletion request:
- We will verify your identity as the account owner
- We will process your request within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted
Data Removal
When your account is deleted:
- All personal information will be permanently removed from our systems
- Your workout data, exercise logs, and weight history will be deleted
- Your user settings and preferences will be removed
- Any content you've created within the app will be deleted
Please note that some information may be retained in our backup systems for a limited time, but this data will not be used or accessed after your account deletion.
Legal Requirements
In some cases, we may be legally required to retain certain information despite your deletion request. This might include:
- Transaction records for compliance with tax laws
- Information related to legal disputes or investigations
- Aggregated, anonymized data that does not identify you personally
